Zeljko Runje was a member of the Management Board of Public Joint Stock Company Rosneft Oil Company [“Rosneft”], a Russian oil company. Rosneft is a Government of Russia-affiliated entity as the Government of Russia owns a minority interest in Rosneft via the state-owned company JSC Roseneftgaz. Runje has been involved in obtaining a benefit from or supporting the Government of Russia by working as a manager of a Government of Russia-affiliated entity.
