CJSC Perspective Technologies Agency is an involved person within the meaning of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 in that CJSC Perspective Technologies Agency is (1) obtaining a benefit from or supporting the Government of Russia by carrying on business in sectors of strategic significance to the Government of Russia, namely the Russian information, communication, and digital technology sector and the Russian defence sector and (2) destabilising Ukraine or undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine through providing financial services, or making available funds, economic resources, goods or technology, that could contribute to destabilising Ukraine or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine.
