We have reasonable grounds to suspect that Embers of an Empire (“EoE”) is an involved person on the basis that: (a) EoE has been and is facilitating, promoting and encouraging terrorism via its dissemination of music whose content promotes and encourages terrorism; (b) EoE is making and has made available funds to Rampage Productions (“Rampage”) and another person involved in terrorism for the purposes of promoting and encouraging terrorism via the dissemination of material and music which promotes and encourages terrorism; (c) EoE is and has supported or assisted Rampage and another person involved in terrorism who are known or believed by EoE to be persons promoting and encouraging terrorism via the dissemination of material and music which promotes and encourages terrorism; and (d) EoE is associated with persons who are or have been involved in terrorist activity via their dissemination of material and music whose content promotes and encourages terrorism. Namely, Rampage, Blood & Honour and another person involved in terrorism.
