We have reasonable grounds to suspect that ”BEARS” BRIGADE is an involved person under the Russia (EU Exit) (Sanctions) Regulations 2019 on the basis of the following ground: “BEARS” BRIGADE is or has been involved in destabilising Ukraine or undermining or threatening the territorial integrity or sovereignty or independence of Ukraine as it engages in policies or actions which destabilise Ukraine or undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine.
