Specifically, KOSAKOVA has been responsible for or engaged in serious corruption or has facilitated or provided support for serious corruption or has concealed or disguised or has facilitated the concealment or disguise of serious corruption given that she received benefit from funds over $300m improperly diverted, allocated or granted from the Central Bank of Lebanon, whilst Riad Salameh was its Governor.
