| "Tetiana ZAVALSKA is an “involved person” under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 because she is or has been involved in an action which destabilises Ukraine or undermines or threatens the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine by: 1) engaging in, providing support for, or promoting any policy or action which destabilises Ukraine or undermines or threatens the territorial integrity, sovereignty or independence of Ukraine , namely the Government of Russia’s programme for the forced deportation and re-education of Ukrainian children; and 2) obtaining a benefit from or supporting the Government of Russia by working as a director of a Government of Russia-affiliated entity, namely as the Director of Kherson Children’s Home." |
